not easy to return went to Walmart (which is where I purchased it online) they could not return the item due to 3rd party, had to call customer service they are supposed to contact me and send me a label. Nothing yet but an email saying "The shopping Angels will contact me within 48 hours. TOO MUCH WORK!!!
