Buyer beware. Could not have been a worse experience. I ordered this in the graywash from them. After my husband had started to put it together and taken everything out of the box, we realized they sent us the wrong finish. He hadn't ordered it and they're very similar. Realizing there was no way we were gonna be able to get it back in the box because it's machine packaged, I contacted the company for solutions. I asked if they could send me the original graywash paint so that I could do it myself. They did one better, they said they would offer to have it painted, except as soon as I agreed to that offer they backtrapped and told me they could no longer do that. they said that if I found someone on my own time to repaint it, I could possibly get a partial refund or if I bought the paint, I could possibly get a partial refund (note that possibly maybe we're not so sure, totally unwilling to do anything to fix their mistake). I would have been happy if they'd sent me some extra boxes or paid for some extra boxes or sent freight return. Thinking Walmart offered some kind of protection, I contacted them.They told me they had ordered a freight return on sellers behalf. I contacted them twice about this and both times they assured me that a freight was coming and I would be getting an email. turns out, Walmart had completely made that up, and nothing was coming. There's no accountability for this seller or for Walmart. No one is willing to take responsibility for sending me the wrong item. At this point, the box is gone. I ordered a replacement on the recommendation of Walmart. so now I have two of these, one that I will have to spend six hours trying to shove back in boxes that I have to buy myself with absolutely no help from the seller. did I mention that both times the top came damaged as well.
