No problems with seller didnt need to interact which is usually a good thing! Christie Solutions LLC: On this item, a wedding "1st year married" crystal look FLAT 'ornament', that's a bevel edge disc, the drawing is nicer than most with a more sophisticated style rather than anime or cutesy kid like figures, if any, not just just doves, or wedding bands, other still life...however my co gifter thought it was a round clear ball ornament so it may help to re-shoot the online photo demos, that's just some feedback for this item.
