I ordered replacement bags for my vacuum and they were to be delivered within 2 days. After a week of waiting I contacted help since the bags were not delivered. The agent stated they would refund my money so I could go purchase the bags somewhere else. I found replacement bags and purchased them. Now 2 weeks later the bags were delivered and I am being charged again and no one contacted me to provide a return label so I could mail the bags back.
