Let me be clear... EXCELLENT TOOL! The seller doesn't seem to know the difference between a 1/4 inch drive ratchet %26 a 3/8 drive ratchet. I ordered the 1/4 drive... TWICE! Both times I received the 3/8 drive ratchet. I even sent one back and made the seller refund me and when I placed the second order, I got the same tool back! This time I just kept the tool. Kind of hard to pass up at this price... The seller or their employees really need to learn the difference between 1/4 inch %26 3/8 inch drive ratchets.

Didn't contact the seller but the information listed such as the phone number seem to be fishy/inaccurate. Item was listed as new but possibly is not really new.
