It was awful. Item was damaged and leaking. The box had been wet and then dried and the yellow ink cartridge had ink leaked and dried all in it. I asked for a partial refund for the damaged cartridges and got no response and no refund. Also, Walmart Customer Service was not helpful even after two calls in which they made promises that they did not keep.l
