sellers shipper cannot seem to get the product to me it's been 10 days. in 10 days it's made from Illinois to Kansas. I had to purchase the product from someone else to get it here and it's been here for days. also the new product is completely usable while this product is only 1/3 usable and 2/3 gets thrown away
