I've never had Walmart Mark something as delivered without receiving all the pieces. I received the mattress and then a few days later received the bed. it is very comfy and it works very well. I'm very grateful and looking forward to actually sleeping tonight, without my legs swelling extremely. I have been sleeping on my ottoman on my couch my recliner propped up in a regular bed as I can't lay flat because we're back injury

had issues with the mattress and they were quick to resolve the issue and make things right. I would recommend that if you want a mattress you should get this one. I would by another mattress from them in the future. they did a great job to make sure I was satisfied. if you want a mattress and suffer from back pain and want quality get this mattress. thank you

Dear Walmart I'm being harassed for no reason at all by the stalling seller. At approximately 5:47 a.m. eastern standard time Saturday September 27th 2025 I received a timestamp email that did not have to be sent and is there for considered harassment I'm going to copy %26 paste part of the message below. ... Dear Customer, Hello, we understand you mentioned there are stains on the product. ... Now I demand immediate transparency insomuch as the fact there was no email no communication through this portal to the seller mentioning stains from us to them. This is considered HARASSMENT this is a LIE %26 maybe the last transaction I would do with Walmart online. Upon reading this Mr or Miss seller please screenshot along with metadata substantiation with regards to your false accusation of me saying anything to you about stains. I expect to receive this in an expedited manner and I May summarize this harassment in online reviewS of your company here at Walmart etc.
