I have reached out to Walmart twice and have been denied access to the seller. Two of the boxes in the order are broken and the only option I've been given is to take everything apart and return the entire order. That's ridiculous! They should send replacements for the 2 broken boxes without needing me to take everything apart!

Packing was the worse. The seller/distributor folded the rug to package it. The creases from the folds are permanent. So sitting on my floor it looks more like a big piece of grey paper that was unfolded underneath my office chair rather than the mat/rug that is advertised to be.
