Wow! This was one of the WORST purchases in my life! I bought this for zoom meetings and the camera was super blurry and low quality %26 the sound didnt even work even after reinstalling drivers. the pages were very touchy and kept jumping all around. When I requested a refund for a defective product within a few days of ordering, I received 2 different emails confirming to me I could return it in person by December 19th ( within 30 days).
Because I knew I had some time and life was busy I went to return it in person to the Burbank Superstore location on Victory Blvd. After waiting line for 25 minutes (with a knee injury mind you!)
When I finally got to the front, I gave the QR code for them to scan and two girls at customer service laughed and said, "This item is not retutnable". I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager amd they said there was no one, my only recourse was to call this 800 %23 which was AI and only repeated over and over that the item is non returnable.
I was frustrated and gave up but realized it was not fair for me to just lose $400 over this situation so I kept searching online and finally reached a live person. When they heard my story they said they would escalate this and I would hear something in a few days but that they would likely send someone to pick uo the item at my home or that I would recieve a returnless refund very quickly.
This did NOT happen... in 4 days I received a fed ex label which I had to go to print out, repack and stand in line at fed ex to return. A week later I finally got my refund. I will never order any big ticket items from Walmart again. I do not feel safe nor trust this huge corporation who underpays their workers and lies to and steals from their customers! It is so clear to me that if I hadn't kept being incredibly persistant, bypassing the system, remaining on hold for long periods of time, I would have been out $400 for a true piece of TOTAL CRAP laptop! Buyers BEWARE!
