I recieved a defective lid and Tooltol/Waymil went out of their way to replace the defective part and get me back up and running pretty quickly. I say this knowing that everytime I contacted the company , it was China time so exactly 12 hours ahead. Therefore when I sent my not at 9am, they were closed so I would have to wait for a response. That said, they did the right thing and dealt with me very fairly. I would deal with them again
