Due to problems with this product I called O'Keefe's. I explained that this product was not up to their standards and described the differences. After reading the code etched onto the side of the container, I was informed that my 2 tubs are beyond the 3 year shelf life and that this product was breaking down. I can not recommend this seller and suggest that you find another source.
