Seller advertised coral color, sent natural color instead. Did not respond to messages. Now I’m expected to spend over an hour, to drive 20 minutes one way to Walmart and wait in line for probably 15 minutes at customer service for a $9.99 refund? Don’t waste your time or money on this seller.

This container of JO Spice arrived with the container in a plastic bag. The lid was not on tight and the spice had leaked out into the bag. This did not happen during shipping as the box was not damaged at all. I am not comfortable using the product as it very well could have been tampered with. The seller has ignored my messages and has not made any attempt to make this right.
