They advertised combo pack of color and black printer ink. Sent me 2 color Inks. I returned the one color ink to exchange for black ink. I had to contact them 6 days after they received my return because they did not contact me. On January 20th, they said "will refund now" a 30% credit. I'm still waiting for that credit on my credit card.

my wife LOVES these cookies. we use to get them at a high box store. they quit selling them but then we found them at another store. they quit selling them and she went in a panic mode until I found them at W,.-M. I became her hero. please don't quit making or selling them. god bless.
