Hi We have a sweet old Long legged big Kitty. Moved to new smaller place %26 decided a covered box is best. This Box Is Beautiful ! Easy to clean, sanitary, looks great!! Easy to Assemble and clean. Awesome Product. Unfortunately, Rasxal is just too tall %26 leggy! He stretches %26 urine lesks out the back side onto the floor!! So now we are contscting Seller re Much bigger bix snd refund or exchange. I will Update later re how Customer Service goes. I am Sure that the Stainless Steel is Much more Sanitary and Less Stinky than Plastic. It reslly looks nice and so easy to clean. Just need a smaller c as t??!!

Seller was fine, product terrible. The idea is a good one, but something needs to be modified with these litter boxes. I’m constantly cleaning the floor under it because my cats pee right on the back and it leaks out and under and around. Pretty gross.
