The seller has been very responsive. Return of the item has not gone well. I was given an RA number and told to arrange for shipping. I used the same freight carrier that delivered it to my house thinking the freight would be handled by the seller and deducted from my refund. There are too many layers involved and I may be on the hook for an enormous freight charge.
