I love Londontown colors, particularly their veils. However I did have a problem with a bottle of polish that I ordered online and the color was not what I had expected. When I tried to talk with them about it I could not get a hold of anyone. I returned the bottle to the manufacturer sent three letters and never heard anything. Their customer service sucks.
