I sent them two emails with the information they requested from me which was a link from The actual ad in the Walmart app, as well as pictures of what I wanted and was supposed to get and what I actually got. I have had no response from them since.

I was excited to try this lip gloss, but the moment I opened it, I knew something was wrong. It smelled off—absolutely stale. I couldn’t even bring myself to apply it. Total waste of money. Quality control needs serious improvement. Do not recommend!

This item was misleadingly described in the listing on the Walmart screen. It read "Poo-Pourri Original Citrus , Lemon Bergamot Lemongrass Before-You-Go Toilet Spray, 4 Oz," This information is also inserted in the delivery notice email. A 2 Oz spray bottle was delivered. Underneath the information above in a smaller font is what I thought was repetition of the above, so I paid it little heed. In fact, when I went back to the item listing, the small print read "Size: 100-Use Bottle (2oz)." Technically, I received what was noted in the small print, but I'm sure you appreciate my displeasure over expecting the 4 Oz size per the large print listing for the price paid and then receiving a 2 Oz quantity.

Sent Trash. New ELF Selfie Light came with corroded batteries and battery posts.

Came in a good mailing package, but delivery took longer than estimated by Walmart.
