The item came all scratched with paint chips falling off. This is supposed to be a brand new fragrance. Did they give me a used bottle? If it’s new, why does it look like it has been thrown around on concrete a few times? Such bad way to ship a product, avoid the seller at all cost.

Perfume box came pretty torn up inside. It looks like the cap had come off and maybe it got too hot but the inside metallic label plate has separated from the side and got really scratched up. Luckily these bottles are sturdy, nothing broke but the scent resembles ones I already have. Very winter holiday scented. Clove, cinnamon, gingerbread, woody, very sweet. I didn't care for the finish of an almost burnt sugar and oud. Reminded me very much of those pungent bags of cinnamon coated pinecones sold during winter.
