Love this product. The long handle makes it easier to reach walls in the shower. We have newly installed tile %26 it works well to clean without scratching the surface. I store it in the shower on a hook to use frequently!

Should be a ZERO. Never received product. Phoned walmart on 9/30 (date of supposed delivery) to request replacement. As of 10/7 have still not received replacement, refund, nor any other form of communication. Terrible service.

This item never arrived despite the seller generating a shipping label with FEDEX. The seller has reported the item as lost in shipping. The seller refunded to my credit card the item price of $16.85 but failed to refund the $1.35 NY sales tax I paid for this item. So in essence I got gypped $ 1.35. This is very unfair
