I received the wrong color, I was willing to do all the leg work when they asked me to send a picture of the wrong item color. They then responded saying they would not do a return, or exchange because it would cost them too much money to do so. They offered me a 10% refund, when i refused they offered me a 30% refund. I contacted walmart to have them handle these scammers. Walmart has been wonderful but kowaku has TERRIBLE customer service and I will not buy from them again.
