The Acer 3D Spatial Labs Edition laptop isn't working correctly. I think it's an defect with these 3D laptops on Acres part but I feel that your store sales associates should test the laptops before sending them out to the customers before purchasing them. The unit that I've purchased through you all when you press power on the device it keeps going off and on simultaneously overheating the device. I've called the Acer tech support team and tried rebooting the device but to no avail. I hate that I have to repay for the shipping cost to send the unit back and when I never even used the device.

I really like the laptop I'm a big fan of Hewlett-Packard, I'm so happy to see that your original box western vision box that came with the laptop not covered up buy white tape where you're not able to read what's inside before you open the box and I greatly appreciate the seller skipping it early. The laptop turned out to be more then I had expected. It didn't take a long time for it to turn on. Hewlett-Packard is known for a slow startup, it startup like my Lenovo laptop.

Would give no stars if I could Have sound issue with TV would not return calls or messages to help in getting warranty work. Last time I use Walmart for any electronics. Called Walmart three times trying to get thing resolved each time made promises that were not followed up with. Been dealing with LG to get repaired but thats its own nightmare. Will get from Costco or Best Buy in the future, They bstand by products. Walmart is a joke

Item went to wrong location, state in fact, and took an additional 5 days. I had to reach out to customer service to get either a refund or the tv redirected to the correct location. All of a sudden it shows up overnight via Fedex ... fishy to say the least. If I didnt call, nothing would have been done about it.
