Item arrived already damaged, and it wasn't from shipping. The shipping box was fine. The item came from a return center. I don't think they screen returns and sell damaged items as new.

as a doll collector i keep all my dolls in box and i purchased from this seller and the doll came, but the box was damaged horribly. :( so ill leave a 2 Star review i think this is something that should be made known in the ads listing so there is no issue wi1th the buyer receiving a damaged item . the doll itself seems to be ok but the box is unsavedable sorry this didnt work out for me. for future buyers this would be your A1 buy if the dolls box does not matter to u
