I had an unfortunate experience with this vendor. When I attempted to request a return, I was met with unprofessional communication and an unfair refusal to accommodate a reasonable resolution. The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to work toward a fair outcome left me extremely disappointed. I would caution others to carefully consider before doing business with this seller.
