This toaster oven actually got delivered before I could find the time to get over to my pickup items from same order. Packed very well and easy to set up!

The shipping took a long time. Great price. The wet/dry vacuum was a bit too noisy. But not the sellers fault. I’m going to pick the other black and decker for keeping.

Tell us the weight, the dimensions, 12 cup where - the top hopper or the bottom product holder? I don’t even know when I’m holding the lid for the top hopper. It’s too light! I really don’t expect it to last. Another thing, the piece inside that covers the burr location is very temperamental. If you don’t screw it in just right, it won’t turn on.

Good item but wasn’t described as the Japanese version

all instructions were in Japanese thank goodness this was a replacement purchase had to use my phone to translate

I would recommend sticking with Walmart in stead of any pro seller. Twice now and only two times I used a pro seller and got burnt both times
