I had to return an item I purchased online from this seller to my local Walmart store. The item was a dietary supplement that was both sealed and unopened. It was visually inspected and confirmed for its integrity by a Walmart associate before the refund process was initiated. Upon returning the item, the seller sent me a rude and strongly-worded message accusing me of causing them undue financial hardship and forcing them to "eat the cost of shipping" by initiating a return. A few days later, they then sent me another message falsely claiming that I sent them a "worthless," unrelated item - an incredibly rude and completely false statement given the product was visually inspected in-person by a Walmart associate before being packed and returned to them. Even Walmart's own online customer support says " it was wrong of [them] to do that" and had to step in to handle and de-escalate this needlessly difficult situation. While I won't be purchasing any more products from this seller, I hope the seller's customer service representatives go through much-needed trainings to ensure that situations such as these stop happening in the future.
