I’ve always bought cheap pillows. After waking up with headaches for a while now, I decided that I should spurge on a more expensive pillow. I didn’t know if expensive pillows were really worth the money. I bought this Purple Harmony pillow thinking if I didn’t like it, I could return it for a refund. No risk in trying out the pillow. I ordered “tall” because I’m 6 feet tall, muscular build, and a side-sleeper. I got the pillow and right away noticed this was a unique pillow. It’s like no other pillow I’ve felt. Sorta feels like sleeping on a cozy cool balloon. It doesn’t have the pressure points that other pillows have that gave me headaches. Next day I noticed that the pillow had some thread separating on the cover, so I contacted Purple. Purple responded and replaced the pillow in 2 days. No problem. Great customer service. Two of my friends were shocked that I would spend so much on a pillow. Maybe I’m known to be cheap. Both friends then ordered their own Purple Harmony Pillow.

I did not like the Fedex shipping as it was days late because the barcode became unreadable. As a result, my package went from Georgia to New Jersey instead of to Louisiana. But not really a big deal. I was just impatient.
