I want a refund for this item. This is not what I was expecting. The pages have been torn out of the book and everything. Not paying for something g that has a bunch of missing pages. So I want a refund back to my account. Thanks

No complaints. The item was listed as "Pre-Owned" but for me it was as good as new. I appreciate that the seller is so honest, and generous, in offering a perfectly good item at a discount.

Book should have been checked over to make sure it worked. First of all, it still had the original recording and it was written in. I tried to record over it and it seemed to work, however if you don't hold the pages a certain way it reads the wrong page.

The book came well packaged, on time, and well wrapped.

More than half pages in the book were missing I bought three books all has missing pages and in a very bad condition Return is tough , they try their best not to give back the money In emails they said they will return the money but never did

shipping and handling was great, just book content was lacking
