I received it a day earlier than what my order said. I was taken back when I brought it in. I didn't think it was what I order until I open the box. They had rolled the pillow up. It is very comfortable, I have had much relief on my back at night

The item received was exactly as pictured. When you receive it it’s deflated. I believe the instructions said it will take about a day for it to inflate to its actual size. I was able to use it within a few hours of receipt. I love it

Inaccurate description of item . Not happy waited several weeks for this item now gotta do the leg work of returning it and re ordering from another company. Not happy I paid for new item and got a used one. Pay attention to your quality control.
