I ordered this item and it shows up today and it’s OLD %26 USED. The box says it’s from 2018. What the heck!! The tissue inside the Hallmark box it’s wrapped in is yellow. I’m livid, it’s 7 yrs old!!

When I received the Hammond collection dinosaur the box was already opened and scotch taped shut. The dinosaur was supposed to be a Hammonds collection item and should have glass eyes and shows them in the display picture on the back of the box but does not. It seems as though it was swapped out.
