I wasn't sent hp quality cartridges. I was sent a knock off. All of the cartridges worked except one. Get REAL cartridges from Staples. At least you know they will work.

HP printer cannot use these offbrand inks. So I wasted my money

I received a plastic cellphone stand in my mailbox from Color Kindom Store, I had ordered Ink Cartridges. It showed delivered on walmart website. I contacted walmart and told them. They sent a FedEx call tag for me to return the stand. I looked up the address on the internet and the building at that address is for lease. NOT occupied. I called walmart again and they gave me a credit. Now Color Kingdom is contacting me and saying the stand was a gift and the cartridges were deivered. I have a large mailbox with room for small packages. Why wasn't the cartridges put in with the stand and for that matter why wasn't the stand put in the same package with the cartridges with a note saying the stand was a gift? I do not believe them. I think they are in hot water with walmart Good luck if you order from this company!

Not helpful Offered no immediate solutions and also is asking me to further complicate my day by continuing to put a knock off cartridge that I purchased from them back I to my smart Printer which recognizes they are knock off ink and rejected them do not buy from this retailer unless you plan to see if what you bought is truly for your printer!
