Hello, First order you lost our 2 vacuums. Second order the incorrect item was sent. I spent quite some time looking for the best vacuum and came across this one. NEVER received and I really wanted these 2 vacuums (one was a gift). How much knowledge does it take to ship out 2 correct vacuums? Extremely disappointed in your company. Seller is deceptive. i received a horrible substitute product that was a completely different item than the item they pictured in the listing. it only had half the power and half the functions listed. This seller is intentionally triing to pass of random substitute products instead of the one pictured

This is for seller and manufacturer SIMWAL.CO,LTD YOUR household vacuum i bought this past May 2024 has already completely broken during use and it’s suction isn’t nearly as strong or effective as expected especially with that black roller underneath, I have contacted you to address this issue but the quality of this item is disappointing

Very misleading that the very first picture it shows product with all the accessories including a case when in fact it does not come with any sort of case.

does not work!the roller cover pops up whenever I turn the thing on,haven't been able to use it. a total waste of money.
