Great product, delivery , notification. 1 problem the pics and description need update to the true product that was delivered to me. It works for me but others will think it is bigger and long bag. Bag has a shorthing angle that reduces size. Along with it lays shorter than pic on bag sides. I like it so no return.

Professional enough for me. Couldn't help with the problem directly, but gave me options / advise that was helpful and insightful. So I can honestly say they did everything they could to help resolve the situation. ...unlike the lazybot AI for customer service and help center online...it is the opposite of helping. It Makess a token effort befor giving up very easily and slapping down the ol' call 1-800whatever message ending the chat....its actually surprisingly good at compounding and complicating existing problems ya might already have by providing choices in chat that can be clicked on permanently altering the conditions and/or redefining the status of sometimes multiple service claims or tickets....but no back butt...why would it have an undo or back button to help eliminate misunderstandings? that would completely defeat the obvious purpose it has. I believe the mission statement the lazybot is trying to accomplish goes something like....:"salting claims, tickets and service requests with whatever mistakes or incorrect information made in the automated chat with lazybot that often manifest as sudden, oftentimes surprising new additional problems to help fuel the continued struggle with getting things sorted out." I sincerely hope whoever reads rhis gets a good laugh, as thats my intention while bringing attention to the inadequacy of that current AI yall got in customer support. Its front and center both here online and over the phone. Neither version is much good with even a slight variation to a instance one is attempting to solve. I suppose its better than nothing... but rather frustrating, welcome to the future.
