I placed an order for the 2-pack but only received one bottle. I reported to Walmart and my entire purchase price was refunded. I was told to keep the one bottle I received. I placed a second order for the 2-pack the same day I received the refund. I again only received one bottle. The item is good; the seller seems to have issues counting

Hello tidedancer! This was a WFS order which means your orders were sent out from Walmarts warehouse, and thanks to your first order we were made aware of a labeling issue. The single packs were incorrectly labeled with the two pack barcode. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

Was supposed to receive Sun. On Monday still not shipped %26 told seller to cancel but they said they can't find any order in my name. Tues they shipped it . Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it when it ever gets to me. When I purchased I thought it was being shipped from Walmart. Did not know it was being shipped from one of their sellers.

When an order is fulfilled by Walmart, a third party seller has no control over shipping and cancellations... and as much as we hate it, ship dates and delivery dates can't be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances. order was "out for delivery" and then never showed up. i had to wait 48 hours before asking for a refund for something that was obviously never coming. do not recommend buying items from this company.

Hello Andrea! We are very sorry this item never reached you. You placed an order for a WFS item which means Walmart processes, packages and ships your order via FEDEX with a tracking number. When an item is WFS, the seller has to abide by Walmart’s policy which is to wait 48 hours after the delivery in hopes of it being delivered before offering a refund. As this is Walmart’s policy and not ours, there was nothing we could do to expedite the refund of your order. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.   Best, Califa Sky
