After product was delivered to wrong address, even after we confirmed that our information entered for delivery was totally correct... they opted for a refund other that just replacing.

The software people were very responsive, but unable to overcome the technical difficulties so was unable to use the QuickBooks 2020 program on my computer.

Seller was timely, however, not making the disk available for the software rather than the digital download is very awkward to handle and install the software.

My software only worked for three months. I have my own business and have been unable to bill for the past month. Quickbooks said the software Walmart sold me is an illegal copy. Walmart said it is third party software and they can't do anything to fix the software NOR will they refund my money. It has caused me huge case flow problems. My cousin who I was taking care of during his terminal illness died. Because I now have less than 200.00 in my account, I had to borro money for his cremation. I have lost all my billables for the past two and a half months. Disaster. All I received is some Wal-mart Quickbook associate, sending me rude emails, saying sorry we can't help with computer problems. My 4 month old lap top is fine, it the software that is not working AND illegal according to Quickbooks Inc. BEWARE of their scam

He is not accurate and does not explain the product. Found out that this is not a current software product and intuit will not update it. He does not want to refund me. I was told that I was scammed, and I sure hope not.

Do not buy from vendor. Item does not do what they said it does and it no longer is supported by Quicken. False advertising!! I lost $300.

BEWARE!!! They are a scam company! I bought some software on Walmart website not realizing Walmart now uses 3rd party vendors to sell items. I received a letter in the mail stating they send an email with the download information for the software. I never received the email. When I tried to contact Walmart they look at the tracking information that says it has been delivered and there is nothing they can do
