again never received the product It shows that someone signed for my item however I never signed anything. I offered proof of documentation with my signature on it that way they can compare the signatures and they refuse to do so. And it said the signature was my name indeed which means whoever did the delivery forged my signature instead of actually having whoever they delivered it to sign. now I'm out the hundred bucks and I'm also out the product I bought...

They did keep in touch. I was notified that it was delivered in 4 days, but it went to a different state. I was concerned since I had paid $149.09. It finally arrived 30 days after ordering.
