Ordered and received the fire pit in a couple days . Discovered one of the glass panels had shattered during shipping. Contacted Baide customer service and Claire shipped a free replacement the next day. She followed up frequently during shipping with updates and to make sure I received the glass. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Really like the fire pit and great service so would highly recommend buying from them.
