They sell you a defective item like the Elite Gourmet 12" indoor Grill that only heat/grills on one side of the plate and their customer service admits it but JML doesn’t do anything for you and keeps selling the junk! Stick with Forman grills at least they heat/grill evenly! Terrible product!
