Shipping was fine, right on time although after about 3 weeks of using twice a day, I didn't notice as much of a change as I was hoping for. Barely a noticeable difference. So I went ahead and went the route of ordering whitening trays from my dentist. I will say that the powder did taste great and was a beautiful color purple :).
