I returned this product to the company following the return instructions printed on the packing slip/invoice. The company received the product on May 22, according to my USPS tracking number. I have had multiple phone calls and emails with Zeitbike employees but still have not received a credit to the card I used for this purchase. Even Aqib with Walmart Customer Service lied to me about my refund, stating on June 7 that I would have my refund within five days. I will never purchase anything from Zeitbike again.
