I ordered ratchet wrenches and received one ratchet wrench size 11. I don't recommend you do business if you can't get the orders right. I was supposed to get 8 mm through 19 mm and received an 11 mm. but why would you send me an 11 mm out of 8 through 19why pick 11 mm?

I never ordered this product. I looked a purchasing some but found some locally. But looking at a product and not purchasing them but getting charged for it baffles me! I want my money returned to my account. Besides why would you send a customer 1 cup if the order said 2? I will be taking this to our local super Walmart and try to get this straightened out. If I don’t get a refund I will be sending info to the Better Business Bureau
