I didn't deal directly with the seller but I can say the product came on time and I am very pleased with the quality of the cord. I make lots of bracelets so I like the different colors and you do get a lot of the cord for the price. 🙂

Honestly, the description and shipping was amazing! shipping i could tell was handled with a lo t if care and shippwd in a package a little bit too big for the four pack but ill let that slide.😅

My shopper did well, but just needs to slow down and pay close attention to the product she is selecting After her shopping is done and I receive the message stating “items unavailable I go to the store website and the item is available So I think the shoppers just need to slow down while doing the shopping and not try to rush for the next order to come in they will do an even better service
