If the distributor is gonna ship them out with that hard plastic seal around the plastic, can that you cannot get off, they need to rethink nobody can get it off without using a box cutter to cut it off. There's no instructions to how they think you should try to open the ring around the plastic paint can. Maybe they should just stick to shrink wrap or tape like other companies do
