Both ends of the rod were messed up. I had to find someone to fix it before it could be used. The screws nor directions were enclosed with the rod. It was very evident that this item had been returned to you already because the clips that were supposed to to hold it were broken. I was very disappointed. I really don’t know if it will last long. I will probably end up having to order a new one.

These are great for organizing the pantry. The size is the perfect depth and width for pantry shelves.
