The box arrived on my porch totally destroyed. It had a big hole in the side, the top was caved in and it was held together only by a lot of tape. I haven't even tried to open it and do not know what condition it is in. What the heck happened that this fairly expensive gift was delivered in such a deplorable state. What should I do now?
