I messed up molding it to my teeth. But I loved this. I had been having horrible back pain when I slept, and I noticed my teeth hurt so I thought oh i'm grinding my teeth at night again. So I bought this product. First night and slept all night. I did not know that teeth grinding could cause back pain at night. Love this product.
