I had a great Customer service interaction. I had a hard time with setting it up but when I sent a question to the seller, they let me know a video was on the product page, they shared typed up instructions and a link to a video. I appreciate that they could help. I was able to turn off the music sync with help from an AI after I shared text from the instructions. I was glad that they answered me with a solution but the Product Manual should be more clear with the details for how to set up the lights and how to turn off music sync in future printings.
