My item has been delayed for almost a week past the 2 weeks I had to originally wait. Then, I received a message at 3am this morning that my package has arrived. At 3am?! But, it is still not in my mailbox or anywhere on my property. Then, I proceed to go on the app to see if there was possibly a picture of where the item was left. There is no picture, and it states that my item was delivered 2 days ago!! I never received the item I ordered 19 days ago.

This was a total scam. Bait and switch. They sent me a small flimsy see-through quilt made of soy beans that was dry clean only. I ordered a thick feather washable comforter. The only thing that was the same was the color.
