I did not contact the seller regarding the problems mentioned above. The problems encountered were not severe just caused more time to install.

false advertising item was not what it said it was for

The remote control was packed in a small plastic shipping envelope, not a box with proper cushioning or packing to protect the control. Before I opened the envelope I heard loose parts rattling inside the remote.

It took four days to get my car window switch in,not nine days like they said thank y'all

well they manufactured the part without corresponding correct colors on the wiring itself so when it fried everything out I don't know what happened now

The seller misrepresented the part. It was no the part that went to my car as stated I bought two at the time and returned both in the same packaging like they came. I was only refunded the one. I would not recommend this seller.
