the remotes look great but you sent them with no batteries since when does anybody order a remote control for any item and never get a battery I never have I have always received batteries wrapped in separate package small little battery package and plastic inside the same package as the remote this package that I ordered had two remotes no batteries at all very disappointed also this is the third time I've had to order the same exact remote because the ok center button keeps popping out after a few months of use that's why I ordered a dual pack remote if it happens again I will never buy this remote again I will buy a universal but I try to stick with what goes with what as in LG TV LG remote original these are supposed to be the original remotes they look identical but all three remotes that I've had private previously the same issue has gone wrong the okay button comes out every one of them so for that and me having to keep ordering them and no batteries in this particular shipment which I should have four makes me very unworthy or unwilling to order anything else from your company this will be the last time I order this remote I've thrown three-way and now I have two more because it was a dual packet special if these go out which I know they will the same button will start coming off I will not order again

Timing on when shipment was to arrive was good. Took only 2 days. It arrived on time and in good condition. No issues.

I have one of the two controllers that I ordered. That I have to hold straight up and down. In order to use it. instead of just pointing it the direction of the TV. It works fine as long as I hold it that way

This was exactly as described. No problem with set up. Im definitely happy with this product.

Worked for my tv immediately. Some buttons get stuck. Would be nice to have a voice command.

The communication was pretty slow. I knew right away I had ordered wrong but could not stop the purchase or delivery! The delivery was slow and the refund was slow.

I didn't know that there was high shipping fees on some purchases. I got a 2 ack of TV remotes, only 1 work's. I didn't realize that I ordered a house spray with out a sprayer. The order seems to be confused.
